I have tried to curb my ferocious spending habit but up until now, it didn't pan out and I have failed miserably.
I wonder why there's always something that I (suddenly) want to buy or (suddenly) something will come in picture as a must-have item, a necessity when it wasn't one before that.
I think 'buying' is a cruel game because your greed over the insanity of buying something new never seizes. There will always be an urge to get this...this..this..oh and this! I feel especially bad because if I were to take a few steps backward and observe my own track and record of spending, I'd be too ashamed to even lift my chin up.
Why? Because this isn't the sunnah way.
Astaqfirullah...what will Rasulullah say to me?
